Aegis Standard was founded by Marcus Reyes, a retired patrol sergeant and tactical instructor with over two decades of law enforcement and private security experience. He built this company after watching too many organizations run through safety training that looked good on paper and fell apart under real pressure.
Every course is built from what actually happens in the field: the calls that went sideways, the warning signs that got missed, the response that worked because someone had trained for it.
