Small-Batch, Handcrafted, Made With Care
Every bottle from Corliss Wines starts in a home wine lab in Connecticut - hand-tended from fermentation through bottling.
Giuse
Pronounced "juice" · House blend
Named after Giuseppe, the family cat who's overseen more than a few late nights in the wine lab. Giuse is the wine Bob and Xavier keep coming back to - approachable, distinctive, and the clearest expression of the Corliss style.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Bold & structured
A classic, full-bodied red with firm tannins and dark fruit character - built for aging and a favorite testing ground for the lab's more ambitious techniques.
Barbera
Bright & food-friendly
Higher acidity and softer tannins make this an easy-drinking red with a lively character - one of the more approachable bottles in the lineup.
Carmenere
Deep & savory
A less common varietal that the Corliss lab has taken a particular interest in - earthy, herbaceous notes balanced against dark, ripe fruit.
Malbec
Rich & velvety
Smooth, dark, and generous, with soft tannins and a rounded finish - a consistent favorite among family and friends.
And More
Limited, experimental batches
